Honest To God

God experiences love, joy, anger, sorrow, heartache. God has created us to be emotional beings and, as with all aspects of our lives, we can bring him glory or dishonour with how we use or refuse our emotions. The psalms teach us and equip us to bring our full selves to God, that our sorrow, fear and anger are legitimate responses to life and that he calls us to process emotions honestly with him for his glory and our healing. That when our eyes are focused on him, we will know true joy, awe and wonder.

Join us as we look at 5 Psalms that teach us that we can know God’s deep peace as we bring ourselves before him and wait on him.
