Human Resource Manager
Common Ground is seeking to employ a human resources manager to
assist with the administration and implementation of the ongoing growth and training of our team and team leaders, as well as general HR processes. Ideally, this person would be in place in December 2017/January 2018. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years’ relevant experience and must display basic knowledge of South African Employment Law. A relevant HR qualification would be beneficial.

City Wide Events Administrator and Coordinator
Common Ground is seeking to employ a part-time (25 hours) dynamic individual with strong administrative and organisational skills. The ideal applicant would be someone with a high capacity to manage projects from start to finish, as well as having the ability to oversee multiple projects on the go. Experience in events or project management would be advantageous for this position. Being part of the events and operations team will require working flexi-hours as some events involve after hour commitment in the evenings. It would be preferable if the applicant is a member of one of our Common Ground congregations

City Wide Events Intern
The City Wide events team at Common Ground Church aims to conceptualise, plan and implement a range of small and large events that serve and impact all eight congregations. These events include our annual women’s event, Heartfelt, The Global Leadership Summit, regular eldership events, Pre-Marriage courses and DNA, our church membership course. We are a small team tasked with many events and we, therefore, are seeking a paid, part-time intern who can offer admin and logistical support for all the tasks and events we are involved in.

Durbanville Administrator and Events Coordinator
Common Ground Church Durbanville is seeking to employ a full-time administrator and events coordinator. The ideal applicant would be a dynamic individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. Experience in events or project management
would be advantageous for this position. Being part of the events and operations team will require working flexi-hours as some events involve after hour commitment in the evenings. Own transport is vital and the applicant must be willing to travel between Durbanville and Rondebosch 2-3 times a
week. The successful candidate will need to be or become a member of the Durbanville Congregation.

Constantiaberg Administrator and Events Coordinator
Common Ground Church is seeking to employ a full-time administrator for Constantiaberg. The ideal applicant would be a dynamic individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. Experience in events or project management would be advantageous for this position. Being part of the events and operations team will require working flexi-hours as some events involve after hour commitments in the evenings. Own transport is vital and the successful candidate will need to be or become member of the congregation to which they are employed (Constantiaberg).

Bookkeeper
Common Ground Church is seeking to employ a dedicated individual with strong administrative and financial bookkeeping skills. The ideal applicant would be someone with a high capacity to manage various financial projects from start to finish. At least 2 years’ experience in Evolution Accounting and bookkeeping would be advantageous for this position. Being part of the finance team will require working full time (40 hours) and occasionally overtime during busy periods. It would be preferable if the applicant is a member of one of our Common Ground congregations.
