    • Sundays during the church service (this is dependent on the Congregation)

  • Ignite - Ignite recognizes that our preteens (grade 5,6 & 7) are at a key transitional stage in their lives. Ignite tries to encourage them to explore all things in a safe, Christ-centred environment, alongside leaders who are actively involved in their lives. Faith, Fun and Friends!

    • Fridays and/or Sundays depending on the congregation

  • Frequency - Frequency is the high-school ministry. More than just a place or an event, we are a bunch of very ordinary people living by faith in an extraordinary God. We place a high value on relational discipleship, and we view small groups as a key part of our ministry. We also try to partner closely with parents, and work in schools to reach grade 8-12s in Cape Town with the gospel.
