WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
1-3 March 2019
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Friday, arrive from 17:00 (dinner from 19:00), Sunday leave for home 11:30.
Bergkroon Campsite, Wellington.
Each person is responsible for their own transport. Car pool if you can.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Your clothes (& some active wear)
• Pillow, bedding & a sheet
• Toiletries & a towel
• Your own mug, bowl, plate, knife, fork and spoon (& dishcloth)
• Your bible, notebook and pen
• Any sport equipment and fun stuff
• Swimming costume and towel
• Any special dietary needs as we are limited in our ability to cater for these
• Mosquito repellent
Take the N1 towards Paarl. Take the R44 Stellenbosch/Wellington/Klapmuts turn-off.
Turn left at the bottom of the off ramp. Travel for ages until you enter Wellington.
Pass through stop streets and robots until you get to a large intersection, turn left there into Piet Retief Str, still heading towards Wellington town. At the first robot, turn right (at the big Dutch Reformed Church and statue on your left) into Kerkstraat or Church Street.
Follow this road until you are well out of town. The campsite is on your right about 2 km after the Bouvlei Winery. You will see the large entrance with a security building and signs with the name ‘Bergkroon’.

2. Off-site accommodation: R315 for all meals.
Fill in the registration form (on the back) and drop it off, along with your cash (SnapScan available) or proof of payment in a clearly marked envelope, at the involvement desk on Sundays, or at the church office during the week (09:00-16:30).
Pay by EFT & send proof of payment to Katie Marshall-Smith (firstname.lastname@example.org) and then fill in the online registration form at www.commongroundchurch.co.za, follow the link from the Bosch PM page.
We will only book your spot on the weekend away once we’ve received a proof of payment and your completed camp registration form.
All bookings will close at 13:00 on 21 February 2019.
